Signs and Symptoms of Bone Cancer
The most common symptom of bone cancer is bone pain, which may worsen at night and with activity, and cause a limp, if the cancer occurs in the leg. In some cases, a lump develops on the bone. Bone cancer may weaken the affected bone, sometimes resulting in a fracture.
Other general symptoms include the following:
- Anemia (reduced red blood cell count)
- Fatigue
- Fever
- Swelling
- Tenderness
- Weight loss
